About us

Welcome to Evolve Therapy Collective. Established by Angie and Fiona in 2020, our practice is the result of a 17-year friendship, a shared passion for occupational therapy and a commitment to delivering quality services and outcomes for our clients.  With a combined experience of over 30 years in the Northern Rivers and Gold Coast regions in both private and public sectors, Angie and Fiona have cultivated an extensive network and reputation for excellence.

From our humble beginnings as a team of two we have evolved into a thriving allied health practice, expanding our team whilst retaining our core values of respect, integrity, and exceptional person-centred service.  We believe in quality over quantity and every member of our team is carefully chosen to align with these principles.

At Evolve Therapy Collective, accessibility is our cornerstone.  Remaining intentionally small and local to the Northern Rivers and Gold Coast areas allows us to maintain a personal connection that keeps us accessible to our valued referrers and clients alike.  Our wealth of experience and expertise enables us to provide service of the highest quality, focusing on what truly matters – our clients’ wellbeing.

While professionalism is paramount, we understand the power of a positive attitude and a touch of humour in connecting with people.  At Evolve Therapy Collective, compassion meets expertise creating an approach to well-being that is both down to earth and impactful.
