We understand the intricate nature of psychosocial disabilities, and our interventions are customised to address the unique challenges that individuals face. Whether through one-on-one occupational therapy sessions, evidence-based psychological counselling, or targeted exercise interventions, our services are specifically designed to meet the specific needs and aspirations of each client.

Occupational Therapists at Evolve Therapy Collective bring a wealth of experience within the field of mental health.  We are highly proficient in assessment and conduct thorough NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments, producing comprehensive reports.  Our mental health OTs use a personalised approach to work closely with clients to develop skills and strategies that enhance their independence.  We work within a recovery model and strive to empower individuals in navigating challenges, promoting mental well-being and fostering resilience.

Our experienced psychologist utilises evidence-based approaches to psychological counselling. Recognising the diverse factors that contribute to mental health issues, our psychologist aims to create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. By tailoring interventions to each individual’s unique circumstances, we aim to facilitate personal growth and empower clients to overcome obstacles.

Exercise physiologists play a vital role in our holistic approach to mental health. Physical activity has been shown to have profound effects on mental well-being, and our exercise interventions are designed to promote not only physical health but also mental resilience. By incorporating targeted exercises into our clients’ routines, we aim to enhance mood, reduce stress, and contribute to an overall sense of well-being.
